David Hibbard has over 25 years’ experience in the sales industry. As co-founder of Dialexis, he trains sales & leadership professionals in a variety of industries and companies such as Cisco, Apple, AT&T, Oracle, Toshiba, Dell, IBM, Xerox, Armstrong and many additional firms. He empowers individuals and businesses to be more profitable, more successful, and marketplace leaders while maintaining integrity and trust.David’s corporate career began at Procter and Gamble; he then spent 18 years in the highly competitive commercial real estate industry. He was honored as the “Number-One Rookie” in the country and the “Number-One Broker” in one of the most competitive brokerage operations in the United States. He is the author of two books, SOAR Selling: How To Get Through to Almost Anyone—the Proven Method for Reaching Decision Makers and The Canoe Theory: A Business Success Strategy for Leaders and Associates. As an Independent Training Partner, Frank has worked in the corporate environment with Dialexis supporting companies like Oracle, Cisco Systems, Yahoo!, IBM, Xerox and many additional firms. Over Frank’s tenure he has developed his skill from certified trainer to Master Trainer tasked with providing extraordinary competency with corporations that use the SOAR Selling methodology. Frank creates and develops customized programs for facilitation and training with corporate clients across North America. These customized training programs focus on Value Statement creation and delivery, Leadership/Sales metrics, Objection Handling and Closing techniques.
Cheri has nearly 20 years of experience in the Sales Industry. Purpose driven to act, lead and exceed all expectations. Proven success in coaching, mentoring, prospecting, building relationships, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle. She has a powerful work ethic with energy, passion, enthusiasm, self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset. She is recognized for her skills in identifying the need of customers; building powerful relationships and working earnestly to make sure her customers succeed.
As a coach, consultant and a technology entrepreneur, Lori is a pivotal asset in helping smart companies stay strong. Lori has added unique value to every leader she’s worked with. She’s saved and made clients millions, and helped them grow and improve performance. Prior to founding her first business in 2001, she held leadership, consulting and financial analyst positions in organizations with revenues from $50M to more than $1B and across several industries including manufacturing, distribution, insurance, healthcare and professional services.
Scott’s professional experience includes working with executives, sales management, and salespeople from organizations including but not limited to GE, Nortel, IBM, BMO Nesbitt Burns, Xerox Canada Inc., Control Data, and Coca-Cola, AstraZeneca Canada, E&Y, Kingsway Transportation, DigiPos Systems, KPMG, Petro-Canada, Black & McDonald, The Deloitte U.S. Firms, Dell and major trust companies. Scott has had an opportunity to facilitate internationally, working with groups from the U.K., Europe, Australia and South East Asia.
Derek brings a wealth of B2B sales knowledge, management experience and leadership to Dialexis as an Affiliate Partner. For the past 30 years he has held progressively responsible sales positions with recognized industry leaders such as Xerox Canada, Hewlett Packard and Toshiba Business Solutions. He is a results driven sales executive with a track record of leading business units to drive top line revenue growth and sales force productivity by developing go-to-market sales coverage models and by designing and implementing new sales related policies, procedures, standards and strategies to manage the business more effectively including activities management, account strategy, pipeline development, performance expectations, field coaching, forecasting accuracy, compensation initiatives and sales training.
As the SOAR Selling sales program trainer, Paul is the only Canadian licensed and Master Certified instructor of SOAR Selling. Paul educates and empowers aspiring sales professionals to reach their goals and become top achievers. Paul worked at Xerox as a sales professional and corporate trainer.
