What are the steps to get started?

Review the Dialexis website and consider reading SOAR Selling & The Canoe Theory – on Amazon or the Dialexis website.

Do I need a website?

You will be able to link to the Dialexis website. If you have a website – you can add Dialexis offerings.

What set-up do I need at my location?

Standard professional office set-up.

How do I gain product knowledge of the Dialexis offerings?

You will be assigned a Dialexis Onboarding Coach to support you in this process. There is also online support material to describe all of the Dialexis offerings in depth.

Is there face-to-face training available?

You can attend a live SOAR training instructed by a SOAR Certified Master Trainer. Location TBD

Would I be responsible for billing, contracts and collections?

No, it is all handled through Dialexis.

What ongoing support will I expect from Dialexis?

Dialexis provides you your specific On-boarding Coach as well as an Administrative Coach.

When I find an opportunity what steps would I take?

Initially you would contact your Dialexis assigned Coach until you feel comfortable in handling it yourself.

Will I be given leads and if not, how do I find business?

You generate your own leads from your connections/network or vertical market.

What do I say when I discover a candidate for SOAR Selling?

You will be trained in all aspects of this process.

How do commissions work?

All commissions will be discussed prior to your launch.

What can I earn my first year?

Your income is directly related to how much time you invest and how committed you are. We anticipate a committed Principal Consultant to produce $200 - $300k first year.

How long will it take to find, get and close my first opportunity?

It depends upon you, typically anywhere from 3 – 5 months.

How many cold calls is recommended to make a day?

The Dialexis approach recommends Strategic Calling not Cold Calling, additionally while pursuing your network, business connections and existing client base. You will be trained on the SOAR Selling process which will provide you with an ethical approach for building your client base.

How robust is the growth in the training industry?

According to a Forbes quote, the Online learning industry is poised for $107 Billion for 2015. A report by the market research firm IBISWorld at the end of 2014 said coaching is a $1 billion industry in the U.S. alone.
